Paris Hilton is countersuing the hair extension company that hired her to promote it. In August this year, Hairtech International sued the socialite for $35 million claiming she used competitive products rather the ones she was signed up to advertise. However, she says she was "professional and honorable" and is now asking for $3 million plus punitive damages in her countersuit. She also called Hairtech’s reports against her “complete fiction” and her spokesperson said the company exploited her celebrity status.
