Paris Hilton can continue pursuing a lawsuit against Hallmark Cards Inc. rules the court. The socialite sued the company in 2007 for using a photo of her and the phrase "That's hot" on a greeting card without her consent. The card shows a waitress serving a dish of a food with the face of Paris’s on the cartoon body. Her appearance was taken from an episode of her reality television show "The Simple Life."
