Paris Hilton is being sued by a woman that accused the socialite of stealing her looks. Nicolle O'Neill from California said that she has suffered from "emotional distress" because Paris has copied her image. Early in October, O'Neill filed the two-page personal injury complaint at the Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming that Hilton dresses like her and even ripped off her idea of flashing her underwear. She has allegedly indicted Paris of stealing fashion tips relating to "patens" (sic) and "stiling"(sic). Paris has no yet commented on the issue.
